The goal of this presentation is to provide an overview of basic Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provisions around reasonable accommodations in the workplace. This workshop provides answers to many of the initial questions that people with a disability may have about the reasonable accommodation process.

For participants with disabilities, if you require any reasonable accommodations to participate in the event, please notify the Employee Development and Growth through Education (EDGE) Office at least 72 hours prior to the event at labor.sm.training@labor.ny.gov. The EDGE Office will make every reasonable effort to secure an accommodation that will meet your needs.
