The Saratoga, Warren, Washington Workforce Development Board (SWW WDB) is exclusively empowered to do workforce development under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
We provide cost-free services and resources to grow and prepare the workforce in Saratoga, Warren, and Washington counties. Our career centers in Ballston Spa, Glens Falls, and Fort Edward support businesses, job seekers, and young adults, including dislocated workers, veterans, and eligible spouses.
